Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist the financial director to make sure all accounting documents are compliant with the local legislation
Reconcile the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
Completing cost analysis of the manufacturing plant
Managing income and expenditure accounts
Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data
Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status
Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
Participate in any additional necessary projects/tasks related to the compliance or the performance of the company
Qualifications:
5 years in similar function at a manufacturing location
Experience with AS400 a plus
Standard Cost experience with Bill of Materials and Routings
Proficient in Excel
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all functions and levels of the organization
