Position Overview:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating, cleaning, and inspecting machinery. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical issues with machinery and equipment.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Install new machinery and equipment as needed.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the facility.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
Inspect electrical systems and equipment for safety and compliance with codes.
Maintain molds in good working condition, including cleaning, lubricating, and performing routine maintenance.
Plastic injection, Blow Molding, Extrusion experience a plus.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services. Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Strong mechanical and trouble shooting skills preferred.
Keeping up to date technically and the ability to apply new Knowledge.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. The employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; the employee is exposed to hot and/or humid conditions. The employee is exposed to loud noise levels when in the production area.
